how do we disable 2 factor authentication ?

This isn’t a straightforward fix as we need to indentify who owns the number associated with the account. We’d advise speaking to all staff including support staff. Once you’ve identified the owner, contact us via the form below.

Can we increase our iCloud storage ?

Yes, we would recommend that you migrate to Apple School Manager to access unlimited storage for each Managed Apple ID. This is free to each school, we can help you through this process to make it painless. Please contact us to request this. 

Our devices managed & Secure ?

Each school device should be registered on a Mobile Device Management system. This will manage the security, content and updates of the device. Most vendors require renewal every year. It might be worth checking this and re-registering devices to ensure they are suitable for classroom use.

How can i revive a disabled iPad ?

The best fix for this is to connect it to an Apple or Windows device that has iTunes running on it. If you don’t it may have to be rebuilt using technican software. Be careful tho, having a disable device is very different to an “Activation Locked” device.
